“The archaeological mission at Oxyrhynchus (of the Societat
Catalana d’Egiptologia (SCE) and the Universitat de Barcelona
(UB)) has ended its 2013 season. They have found a possible
nilometer and a decorated Coptic-period crypt, as well as
a stone sphinx (of which a part had been found in 2008)” – via the Egyptologists’ Electronic Forum.
