The tableaus, commissioned to complement the fall ’13 collection, are amazingly authentic, complete with a sphinx, stone columns, and papyrus hieroglyphs— so, you can basically cancel that trip you booked to Cairo.

With ancient Egypt cited as a long-term obsession of Mr. Louboutin’s, this appears to be an ideal opportunity to showcase his interests and give us the whole package — from inspiration through to presentation.
